Is there any possibility to "reset" the "ut_itemuse ITEM" state?

I mean, for example, if i want to reset the "cg_drawhands" state i have configured in my cfg at "0" so i reload my cfg and it goes to 0 again.

Something like "ut_itemuse ITEM 0/1" will be nice.

EDIT: Also will be cool "cg_drawhands 0" show the laser. Just remembering... ;)

Hi 3xcl4m4t10n not quite shure what you mean. Because what is the link between "cg_drawhands" & "ut_itemuse ITEM" ?
BTW "ut_itemuse" is allready bind by default to key [P]:
bind p "ut_itemuse"

Anyhow, I guess you get your goal with a script copied in to your autoexec.cfg in your q3ut4 game folder.
Copy & paste the script below into your game autoexec.cfg and you can toggle between "cg_drawhands 1" & "cg_drawhands 0" by pressing [H] while gaming.
If you prefer another bind than H just change the line:

bind h "vstr drawhands" into
bind x "vstr drawhands" (x your key of choice)

set hands_off "set cg_drawHands 0;ut_echo Hands: OFF; set drawhands vstr hands_on"

cg_drawhands was just an example — arbitrary number of cvars can easily be reset to your preferred state just by executing a file.

The answer is no, you can’t reset the state of items. Another feature request I guess;-)

I have to say I love Ghosttown, congrats to Nounou for his work, I always dig maps with vertical gameplay and this one has tons to offer, but it looks like I am the only one?
Why is it so hard to find a server with human players playing on this map? seem to be reaaally underappreciated
Or am I missing something here?
