But the "cool new feature" is always buggy and requires another release to fix it It's an endless loop.

I was part of the QA team in 2.6a for the 3.0 release.. It wasn't organized too well. Too many people would just be idling. It was next to impossible to get a game going on the test server. They'd also have forums, but they didn't provide much use. You'd try and defend a weapon and someone would just say you were a noob :/
It also appeared SID only took some people seriously.. Doesn't really matter anymore though, they've cut all the guys that they didn't.
Maybe this has all changed now.. who knows.[/u]
