Karl there is nothing secretive about what we do but as a group we are much larger than what first impressions might indicate and many members of the team, by choice, help out with out any fan fair.
If you are interested in how we are organized as far as work loads goes and who is doing what here is more or less how we function borrowing a lot of the ideals from Valve's employee handbook.

If you replace every instance of the word “Valve†with “FrozenSand†you will have a better idea of how project leads surface as to a given project in progress. It's their works so it's up to them to decided to let others know what they are working on and are free to post or blog if they wish with the only rule is to check in with BladeKiller first.
