if you don't like uptown, you are basically hating urban terror.

He is already working in this map but for UrT HD! if I'm not bad!
But I'm speaking about the UrT 4.3!

Another Question:

How are you going to do Steam Integration?
Like in CS/CoD/... where you only need a steam account, and that one will be used to play the game?
Or Like in other games where basically another loginmask (be it a launcher or a login ingame) pops up after startig the game?
Or a mix of both (ive seen that on e.g. Path of Exile, where you need a PoE account, but will be asked if you want to link it with your steam account, and from there on you only need either of both, so if you run the game via steam, you are automatically logged in)

I personally would prefer (a variant o) #3, simply because one thing that makes UrT stand out is the fact that you dont need an account of any kind to play.

Also i would like to know more about what you are planning about steam integration (achievements, and all the other stuff you get there), but i suppose that is only in the early stages of planing/development. :)
Sorry for my bad spelling - I am still asleep. :)

Is there a chance for VAT integration? That seems like a very robust system and would not require extra programming time (unless UE4 has its own built in anti-cheat system).

Extending the question.
Will there be a better account system, where it's easier to ban a rule breaker, that avoids his/her ban, if that would even be possible?
Are you planning on getting community tips, when making the (new) official maps? Maybe when you show it on youtube, players could come with suggestions. Like a new jump etc.

We won't force you to have a Steam account but not having one will mean that features like matchmaking, achievements, friends system, etc. will be turned off in-game.

Wow, this sucks. I have no interest whatsoever to have steam running on my machine. The nice thing about urt was the easy way in, not much to do, download and play.

Even the addition of the auth system did not change that much, hardly comparable to steam anyway...

I wish you'd stick to a more obstacle free approach
