Should work now. Just make sure your DNS is flushed if it's not. And then hope your DNS-server is up-to-date. :)

Not all servers seem to be reporting yet to the new master, prolly they have to restart once first before they will send to the new IP.

well, it's 49 servers of 110 maximum now...getting more every hour ;)

might take a while until those boxen time out their dns entries...

What if Quake3 only resolves it once and then caches the IP? :) Then the server has to be restarted first :)
