?)I play with it set pretty bright... that makes for soso screencaps (forgot to change the brightness).... and after a trip through paintshop for filesize....

FYI, as I've stated, my specs shouldn't matter in this case since the previous version of the map ran a lot better than this updated version, I was also running an older and slower machine for the previous version as well. Wonder what changes Dragonne made to this map

27, this is the first I've heard of that setting...
I just chedked my cfg, and it's 1 by default, I guess.

?)Hes not doubting the frames you get as 275 is not a problem with todays pcs. I think hes referring to the fact that your card is refreshing 275/sec while your monitor is only doing ~100/sec. Which means you are wasting a whole bunch of frames cause you cant see em?

Maybe you can't really see them, but you can def. feel them. I can feel a difference between 125fps and. let's say 80.
BUT OOH OOH THE EYE CAN ONLY PICKUP 70FPS
As I said, it is something you can feel more than you can see it. Those who do not know what I am talking about/have not tried it - don't come and tell me it's different.

You can tell a difference yes, but one is not better then the other. High fps only gives the server more load I think.

I always cap mine at 76 anyway....
