My computer is an acer aspire one aoa150 netbook. Right now I'm running joli os (my xp broke down after a year from a trojan.) I already have some tweaks in my config file, but it's not enough. Right now I'm getting really low fps in a firefight (around 15). I need more tweaks, and ones that actually work.

So my questions are, are any of these commands actually slowing down my game, and what other commands can I use to bring the graphics down even lower (I don't care how bad it looks.)

I dont know about urt, but its not always that lower settings means lesser cpu-usage means higher fps.

Hey guys check his specs before you start posting links an advices. This guy is lucky he can even start UrT.
Intel atom on 1.6 GhZ and intel GMA 950 GPU, it's a tetris config.

i got similar netbook.
I can play Urt with it external monitor... 15-25 fps... These cases are best with CTF defense with hk and nades xd

Thanks for all the replies! But what I'm really looking for are some more configs to take my graphics down even lower. No offense intended.

no offense intended but there is no config that will make that rig give you more than 30 FPS with drops to 15.
My advice is to sell that thing and get an older dual core with a ge force from the 8.xxx or 9.xxx series that can run this game on decent FPS.

I don't think I will buy a new comp. I have a good comp., but I game on crappy computers because I don't want to screw up my good ones.

But I have 2 more questions....

1.Can someone give me the name and exact ip of a good server to play on for my crappy netbook (few people, is in North America, etc.)

2.Is 15 fps crappy, (lag/littlelag/lotsoflag), and how low does fps have to be before it goes into the "red zone" (lots of lag)
