i was trying to say like, when you install some programs on your computer it makes you type a serial code to install it, think of it this way, like if someone gets banned from xbox live the people don't ban your ip they ban your xbox. you get what i mean?

a) with the help of google all mensioned hacked are avalible to all, we released names so that people know the kind of stuff that will no longer be certain to work with Urban Terror. We don't want to ban people if we can avoid it. We see this going one of two ways, people will either choose to hack and download them anyway or people will realise its not worth the UrT Wide bans and stop in time before the anti-cheat busts them.
b) We have a notoriety system inplace with benifits older more trusted players, also there is no real reason why in offical play anyone should change passport ID. Thus leagues should be very well protected. Why we do expect a certain level of abuse and multi account users for public play especialy, our system is designed with this in mind. Data analysis runs shows accounts that could be abusive and with admin inspection can lead to us finding people with lots of accounts or even two. Because having more than a single account is against our TOS, we will ban these accounts under it for Abuse of the TOS.
We have to opperate under the assumption everyone will do as the want. So what ever is released about hacks/cheats or our system, the same fact remains. Hack and Be banned, or stop now and enjoy the game. It's the biggest let off your going to get!

I’ve had the occasion to discus this topic in length with Seti and he has my utmost confidence that he fully understands the problem at hand and how to deal with it. By far this is the most aggressive anti-cheat I’ve seen in a long time that does not simply expects the software to handle the problem but rather maintains the necessary involvement of human observation.
Past anti-cheats has done more damage than good to the good names of those who are truly gifted at playing this game yet are constantly accused of cheating based on a system that does not provide a means to support their claim that they are simply that good.
In some ways this approach is not about stopping the cheater, there will always be one in the bunch, but be a means by which those who truly wish to play clean to do so with the assurance that who they come up against is playing on the same field.
The bottom line is cheats are simply “bad” at cheating and they have only been allowed to continue to do so because as clean players we do not what to dirty ourselves by talking about the subject for fear that it would give someone else ideas.
Cheating however is not something that has been invented to just make Urban Terror players miserable and a lot of the cheats mentioned has been around almost since the introduction of on-line gamming. The only difference between then and now is they are much more organized and even have their own on-line community to discuses openly and in great detail the very cheats that was mentioned with in the context of Seti’s post.
Now we can continue to stick our heads in the sand and hope it goes away but if the current trend of on-line cheating is continued at the rate it is going the problem could reach a point were cheaters, if they have not done so already, will actually form their own clans and use cheating as just another form of game type. If that happens then you can kiss the bad cheat goodbye.
In the mean time this post is just one small bit that is of no real use to a possible cheater who is Googling on how to even begin cheating except to tell them they better get their kicks in before we take back our game.

Global ban would probably only given by UAA who administers the whole passport thing.
