any foreign film love?
Das Experiment is an excellent foreign film. It's a film inspired by the Stanford Prison Experiment. It's a very good one to see.
Also another great foreign film is Hi Dharma! It's an action comedy about some Korean gangsters that hide out in a monastery full of monks, in order to evade the police.
If I had to list some non-foreign films, I'd have to say Castle Keep is my favorite one. It's about a squad of American soldiers in the Ardennes during the battle of the bulge. They garrison in a 10th century castle which stands right where the germans will be attacking from. It's an excellent film as well as an excellent book.
Ronin is also a really awesome spy/mercenary film set in France. Lots of action and awesome car chases. Robert De Niro kicks ass as a former CIA agent now working as a mercenary. If you want a really good fun action film, this is one you must see.
I can list dozens of others but I think I'll leave it this way for now.

Yeah they were the same year too. 2006 iirc; seems like a year for stage magic films, as I believe there was another from the same year. I have yet to watch the Illusionist, actually, but it's on my hd.
