Add dynamic lights/shadows, displacement maps and high res textures and I think all mappers (and players) will be happy
But I know there is this inevitable struggle between graphics and performance. Maybe we would need some sort of hardware census of a represantative Urt-playerbase to see where the limit could be set. Then again, I'd rather have a playable UrtHD soon with idtech3.5 or whatever you would call it, than having to wait any longer for an idtech4 game...!

it all looks really nice.... i think the BIGGEST improvement yet is player models and movement in general. The dancing and taunt animation things are awesome. Was that Mayan Standoff in the preview IT LOOKS AWESOME

there was an alpha, but the alpha phase is over. It was I think about 1-2 years ago?
