I did increase com_hunkmegs just incase but I dont believe that to be the issue,

I do use 1920x1200 resolution and 16x AA 16x AF and 8x super sampling. so It could be that judging from whats quoted above.

same issue as I quoted on the front page. I take it you use Mitsubushi's urban terror executable also? I think mitsu makes missing textures a solid colour rather than the red/white/blue to be noticed still but less strain on the eyes.

where you using 4.1 or 4.1.1 ? did you have any other custom maps installed

It looks simple at first but it's plenty of details, very harmonious. There's often something animated which doesn't make your screen look static or paused, and that's a nice attention. We're moving from narrow spaces, to wide spaces, to vertical gameplay, which gives nice contrasting situations.

It's hard to not think about other games which have this color panel and this soft design; But it's a very wise and effective choice to fit with a game like Urt, and despite this you're keeping an originality. It's very nice to see the evolution of this map. It looks professional;

And very nice on HD, i especially like climbing the ladder in "orange staircases" place with the back lighting and fans rotating above. Maybe one or two blinking lights would be a good thing, or another place with a bit of smokes like you already made. The map doesn't really need this, as even in real life things aren't always moving but virtually it gives life; There's already sparkles, fires, smokes and water, what about a tiny floating fabric strips in tunnels, attached to metal grids to make us think about an airstream. (And just something more in the long tunnel to have the occasion to jump on it or take cover)

It's a very pleasant work; And no FPS drop;

(Also, I have the issue that mister Johnny and Nitro have)

i havn't had a chance to play on it yet but simply running around in devmap made me excited to get some actual gameplay. (although it does seem a little big.) hopefully metro will grow to be a replacement for subway, since there don't seem to be any servers running it anymore?

Played map offline a little bit since i read the responses were good.

Here some screenshots of sounds you might wanna improve
(Though i played it with other maps in my folder, and some maps mess with sounds...So i can be wrong)

PS: GPU HD6850, offline, settings in menu high, urt 4.1.1: FPS 65
Thats low, wonder how it will be on a big smoke nade grenate server.

(EDIT: screens made with high gamma, to be sure its visible..)
