Flyinghigh, the map is being made exclusively for UrT HD, hence the tag uthd_Qasentina.
Though players might be able to play it under 4.1 with 27's bumpy exe. However some compatibility issues have been noticed lately where UrT 4.1 can't find find spawn points in a map designed for UrTHD alpha release.
