There was no 3 tile limit sir. With a 3 tile limit, there is no possibility of a winner, ever. You don't have enough tiles to provoke your opponent into a loss.

The game is won by X (first player) or a draw by the specific placement of the first O (second player's first choice). The first player should always place an X in a corner. If the second player places an O in any box EXCEPT for the opposite corner, he loses. If the second player places an O in the opposite corner from the first X, it will be a tie. We can play it out if you like, both scenarios... but it would be pointless.

Lol, you should write a Tic Tac Toe strategy guide, and have cool pictures that show off your battle plans. You can have random Tic Tac Toe quotes at the top of each page, like "The only good X is a blocked X!".
