You are so sure? Are you a lawyer Rayne? Moreover - there are different IP laws in Croatia and Poland. Not to mention other ~194 countries in the world.

That's why we have the creative commons license.
Polish copyright law will tell you what is and what isn't copyrightable, and CC license is something you use on the internet to state what can and can't be done with your work.

Rayne, not all AAA games hand paint their textures. Many buy them from sites like Texture Monk or use CG Textures as a source. We checked with CG Textures to make sure it was ok to use their textures in a commercial game and got an ok from them. Those texture distribution sites that you listed that use CG Textures as a source are violating CG's license. You are not allowed to distribute their textures like that. Thank you for completely derailing this thread, btw.

Beastia, can you tell me the date of the Revolution bsp in the pk3 you have so I can check if the one I have is newer. QueenBee was still working on it when it was leaked.

Although my pk3 is from a later date, the bsp inside is the same as yours. It can always be updated and released separately by anyone who has permission to work on it. FS doesn't have time to update it with all that we have to work on between HD and 4.2.

My disappointment is not addressed to you! I'd like to thank you for your efforts to bring back old UrT maps.

Tiny Bomb is the best european bomb server out there. Many custom maps (atm 22) possible to vote, good maprotation, no weapon restrictions and experienced admins (ag-rum team). You're welcome :)
