That's bad because...
before, I just had to shoot slower when I wanted the bullets to stop getting higher, now I have to stop shooting and ALSO move my mouse down.

I don't wanna be forced to move my mouse down after every bonnie and clyde, that's bad.

The way the bullets behave is fine.. A semi-predictable spray pattern is okay. Having to adjust my crosshair downwards after every shot - even just a single tap - is not okay.
My ambition is handicapped by my laziness.

+1 I can't quote this and to add something I think that DE is really too accurate or maybe it just seems to be like that.

Constructive point of view :
- Pistols are OP.
- Everybody get turbohits because it is too easy to do so. I think the recoil should be improved (again) and that it should decreases faster than now (2 bullets bursts).
- Boot is everywhere.
- Nothing to say about the SR8 and the SPAS-12, it's fine.
- All dynamic crosshairs are annoying now.

And I would like to add something. If Frozen Sand add the new hit system as it is currently in the beta in the game, the competition in Urban Terror will be totally f*cked... By using the same spray that on 4.2.018 it is very difficult to get hits... But if you decide to rush your opponent you can kill it instantaneously... I don't think this is skill. Furthermore, there is a lot of people who train themselves to find the holy spray to get good hits and in this beta, all this training is erased. It is no more possible to kill 2 or more players in a single hard-trained spray by rushing lonely (the time needed to reset the recoil is too high), no more great actions...
URT is good because it is a game with a fast gameplay, in this beta, the slowest players are the best because by crounching they can spray-and-pray being very accurate.

I think this hard-worked beta could be a nice URT MOD, but not a nice hit system for the game.

If the FS team want to improve the 4.2.018 system, the FS team shouldn't change the recoil and the dispersal (?) of bullets but just make the first shoot or the two first shoots with the weapon perfectly accurate and after the dispersal and the recoil (the 4.2.018 ones) occur.

P.S.: I don't think a MAC-11 should hit fourth time in the helmet across pillars on turnpike...

i personally don't see an improvement ... much rather a different approach

and cs go was the first thing i thought about when playing the beta.. the one thing that pissed me off the most in cs go was the recoil, i really don't wish this feature to come to urt ..

those claiming the crosshair in the regular release is embedded in concrete might want to join a server, fire and not lift your trigger finger until you can hear the clicking ..

we got recoil in urt as well but in the beta it's different, seems to be taking effect much faster, which i personally don't like..

since i think you should add stuff that improves the game not just alters it for the sake of it... i don't think urt needs this hitsystem the way it is working in the beta now ..

it'd be a step sidewards and not forward
if you don't like uptown, you are basically hating urban terror.

Thanks Psycorunner for the beta and for the private server you gave us ;)

The new system was very appreciated by most of us, its very cool to know where youre shooting^^
and that theres less luck involved was very welcome.

It feels like all weapons are stronger now (except the knife :( :P )
There should be more of a movement penalty, for sr8 and autos alike.
Maybe scale up the "crosshair jumping" with the speed of the player.
